Shipping policy

Pete’s Sports & Outdoors ships to eligible U.S. destinations accepted at checkout. Shipping options depend on the destination, item, and available delivery service.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Some oversized, special-order, or supplier-fulfilled items may require additional processing time. Any different lead time will be communicated before fulfillment. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any cancelled items.

Shipping charges and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping charges may vary by item size, weight, and destination. Do not assume that oversized items qualify for standard parcel shipping.

Delivery timing varies by shipping service and destination. Any delivery dates shown at checkout or in order communications are estimates. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, and other delays may affect delivery.

Tracking and multiple packages

When tracking is available, we will provide it with your shipping confirmation. An order may arrive in more than one package, and items may ship on different dates.

Address changes and cancellations

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you need to request an address change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once fulfillment has started. Orders that have already shipped are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Delayed, missing, or damaged deliveries

If your shipment is delayed, marked delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. For damaged deliveries, keep the packaging and provide photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
